2/8/11 Injury 9:14 a.m. Davis Parking Facility (DPF) The Reporting Person (RP), a Wellesley College (WC) staff member, entered the office to report she fell on ice in the DPF. She had a cut on her hand and some discomfort on her side. An officer was dispatched. The RP refused further medical treatment and was driven to the Clapp Library. Report filed.  Case closed.

2/9/11 Unclassified 9:46 p.m. Campus Police Headquarters. The RP, a WC student, entered the station and requested officers check on her former boyfriend who was upset and may still be on campus. Officers located and spoke with the individual in question. He took a taxi off campus without incident. Report filed. Case closed.

2/8/11 Ambulance call 10:33 p.m. McAfee Hall. The RP, a WC visitor, called to report his girlfriend was not feeling well. Wellesley Fire Department (WFD) and AMR

were notified and responded. The WC student was transported to Metro West Natick. Report filed. Case closed.

2/9/11 Ambulance call 2:17 a.m. Munger Hall. The RP, the on-call Doctor, called to request an ambulance respond to Munger Hall for a female in need of medical attention. Wellesley College Police Department (WCPD), WFD and AMR dispatched. Student was transported to MetroWest Natick via AMR. Report filed. Case closed.

2/11/11 Injury 8:01 p.m. Wang Campus Center. The RP, a WC staff member, called to request assistance with another staff member who was in need of medical attention. The staff member was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Needham. Report filed. Case closed.

2/12/11 Intoxicated person 3:02 a.m. Wang Campus Center. The RP, a WC staff member, called to report an intoxicated student who may be in need of medical attention. Officers and the RD on-duty were dispatched to the area. WFD and AMR were notified and responded. Upon evaluation, the student signed a patient refusalb and was transported back to her residence hall. Report filed. Case closed.

2/12/11 Disturbance 5:42 p.m. Lake House. The RP, a WC student, reported an altercation taking place between two parties outside of Lake House. Officers were dispatched. Report filed. Case closed.

2/12/11 Injury 7:12 p.m. Dower Hall. The RP, a WC student, called to request medical attention for an injury. An officer responded and rendered first aid. Report filed. Case closed.

2/13/11 Illness 9:52 p.m. Stone-Davis Hall. The RP, a WC student, called requesting medical assistance for her roommate. Officers responded and the Resident Director (RD) on-duty was notified. AMR ambulance arrived and transported the student to MetroWest Hospital in Natick. Report filed. Case closed.

2/14/11 Illness 4:23 a.m. Cazenove Hall. The RP, a WC student, called to request assistance with a student in need of medical attention. Units were dispatched to assist. Officers met with the student and transported her to her residence hall. Report filed. Case closed.Media Log

2/14/11 Motor vehicle accident 2:51 p.m. Campus Police Headquarters. The RP, a WC student, entered the office to report her car was struck while parked in the

WCPD parking lot. An officer was dispatched. Report filed. Case closed.

2/14/11 Motor vehicle accident 8:00 p.m. Gray Lot. The RP, a WC staff member, entered the station to report damage to his car. An officer met with the RP. Report filed. Case closed.
